Review: The Fragrance is a budget hotel that is spread all over Singapore. We chose to stay at Joo Chiat. The location is strategic enough and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. Foods are everywhere. Although some people say that this is red district area, we found out this area is peranakan area and very safety.
