How We Got To Paris?
London → Paris
Review: What was supposed to be a reasonably long (5.5 hours) trip from London to Paris turned into a huge ordeal. Our carpool was delayed from entering the Channel due to some back up (I can’t even remember what the hold up was at this point). We waited for three hours before we nearly gave up and booked a hotel for the night. They finally let us board and we arrived around 3 AM in Paris. We missed our Airbnb check-in for the night but luckily our Bla Bla Car driver let us stay at her place for the evening.

Review: The Bastille area was a bit dead. We did find a few cool places nearby but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
What We Did?
Review: Wonderful museum that’s home to Monet’s Famous Water Lilies!
Review: Commissioned by King Louis IX of France to house his collection relics, it has one of the most extensive 13th-century stained glass collections anywhere in the world.
Review:We explored the famous Sacre-Coeur Landmark and the Montmarte neighborhood it resides in. The view is great and worth seeing but this was not my favorite experience in our trip.
Review:Took a day trip to visit Claude Monet’s garden at Giverny. Highly recommended, 5-star experience!
